Provide clinical support by administering medications, performing phlebotomy, and monitoring vital signs for PHP and IOP clients. Manage administrative tasks including care coordination, appointment scheduling, and maintaining electronic medical records.
Requires completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current CMA or RMA certification. Must be proficient in injections and phlebotomy within Montana's scope of practice.
What You Bring Required: Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program Current CMA or RMA certification Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy within Montana's scope of practice Experience with electronic medical record systems (Kipu experience a plus, not required) Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to engage with clients in recovery with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality Capacity to coordinate care across medical, behavioral health, and social service systems Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Full-time, on-site availability in Billings, MT
