The Ambulatory Telehealth RN provides comprehensive nursing care, including assessment and triage, via remote services for neurology patients. They collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and population health management.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a current Ohio RN license, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree, BLS certification, and previous telehealth or ambulatory experience are preferred.

The Ambulatory Telehealth RN is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care through remote telehealth services. This position involves patient assessment, triage, care coordination, patient education, population health management, and patient navigation in UC Health ambulatory clinics using telehealth technology. The Ambulatory Telehealth RN plays an integral role in the management of patients’ care and is expected to collaborate with UC Health providers and staff to ensure high-quality patient centered care.
