The LPN conducts patient visits and provides routine care under the supervision of a registered nurse. They are responsible for communicating effectively with the care team, patients, and their families to ensure meaningful experiences.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current LPN state license and at least 2 years of acute care or equivalent experience. Physical ability to lift 80-100lbs and access to reliable transportation are required.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
