Deliver individualized care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents while promoting independence. Report health status changes to the clinical team and maintain strict resident confidentiality.
Must be a high school graduate or GED equivalent with a current certification from an accredited CNA program. Requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to serve residents with compassion and dignity.
