Provide comprehensive mental health support and counseling to residents in a long-term personal care home. Responsibilities include managing casework, documenting resident progress, and assisting with daily living skills and medical appointments.
A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates must be able to work the Tuesday through Saturday evening shift. Preferred qualifications include experience with substance abuse populations and CRC certification.
