Perform direct patient care duties including rooming patients, taking vitals, and administering vaccines under physician supervision. Manage clinic flow, perform general lab work, and handle administrative tasks such as registration and EMR maintenance.
Requires a high school diploma, graduation from a Medical Assistant program, and a current MA certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC). Must hold an AHA Basic Life Support certification and possess knowledge of OSHA, CLIA, and ADA regulations.
