Collaborate with RNs and LPNs to provide direct patient care from admission to discharge. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with hygiene, and supporting patient mobility and transfers.
Candidates must hold a valid MT CNA Certification and Basic Life Support certification. Proficiency in medical terminology and basic patient care skills is required.

Works with RN, LPN to directly care for patients in the Hospital from admission to discharge. Under the direct supervision of the registered/licensed nurse, organizes and implements certain aspects of the care plan, such as checking vital signs, performing point of care blood glucose testing, answering lights, providing bath and hygiene care, meal assistance and assistance with ambulation and transfers. Receives directions from Nurses, Providers, Supervisor, Charge Nurse, DON.
• Medical terminology, keyboarding skills, basic office skills, basic patient care.
