The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment, treatment planning, and discharge planning of patients with physical deficits. They also collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to improve program quality and productivity.
A Doctorate Degree is required, though a combination of education and experience may be considered. Candidates should possess a PA Physical Therapy License, BLS Certification, and preferably 1-2 years of pediatric experience.
A Physical Therapist will be responsible for the assessment of functional status, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, re-assessment, and discharge planning of patients with physical deficits referred for Physical Therapy Services. The Physical Therapy will work as a team member within the hospital. The Physical Therapist will also participate in program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity improvement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. #STC
