$44 - $54 / HOUR
Provide behavioral health assessments, supportive psychotherapy, and crisis management for patients across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Coordinate mental health care with providers and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
Requires a Master's degree in mental health and a valid Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) with at least two years of individual therapy experience. Must be bilingual in Spanish and eligible for credentialing.
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university focusing on clinical concentration on mental health is required (MUST PROVIDE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AT TIME OF INTERVIEW) License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), License Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFP) in the State of Illinois OR the ability to obtain license two (2) weeks prior to starting this employment is required (MUST PROVIDE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AT TIME OF INTERVIEW) Two (2) years of experience performing individual therapy to individuals who have mental illness in a mental health setting, which includes experience gained during training/internship Experience using evidence-based counseling techniques (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CST) or Problem-Solving Therapy (PST) is required Must be eligible to successfully complete Credentialing is required Bilingual in Spanish (Bilingual testing for Spanish will be administered. Passing score 3- High Intermediate, is required)
