The SLP is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients. They will also manage discharge planning and revise established plans of care under physician supervision.
Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. An active state license and ASHA (CCC) certification or CFY status are required.
