The Physical Therapist will evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans based on their needs and abilities, operating under the referral of a physician. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a family and home-like environment at a post-acute facility.
A current California license is required for this position. Prior experience in long-term care and geriatric care is considered a plus for the ideal candidate.
