Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations for evaluation and treatment by interpreting physicians. Requires the ability to maintain focus on details and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
Requires ARDMS certification and RVT certification within six months of hire, along with CPR certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sonographer is required, and a B.S. degree is preferred.

ARDMS mandatory, RVT mandatory within 6 month of hire. CPR certification required. B.S. Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years as a Sonographer required
Ability to function under pressure of time demands. Position requires eye-hand and gross body coordination skills; extensive walking. Position requires the ability to concentrate on details in spite of interruptions and attend to tasks for more than 30 minutes at a time. Individuals must be able to understand and relate theories behind several related concepts and remember multiple tasks given over long periods of time.
