Assess and provide direct care to pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include collecting vital signs, assisting providers during examinations, and administering medications and immunizations.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid national medical assistant or EMT certification. One year of related experience is preferred, along with BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
We are searching for a Certified Medical Assistant – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will assess and provide direct care to patients in the patient care area in a manner developmentally appropriate for the ages of patients served (0 to 18 years) and adults as necessary.
