TPMG Orthopedics are seeking a full-time Advanced Care Provider (ACP) to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-centered ACP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations. Develop and implement treatment plans under established clinical protocols. Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including radiographs, MRI, CT scans, and laboratory tests. Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections, aspirations, fracture care, and casting/splinting as appropriate. Provide pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and patient education. Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, and ancillary staff. Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the electronic medical record. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice development.
