Provide high-quality care to 6-7 home health patients daily within an assigned territory. Deliver essential nursing assistant services to patients in their own homes to support their health and recovery.
Must possess a valid CNA license in the state of application and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must be able to lift and support up to 50 pounds and maintain a positive attitude toward patient care.
