Perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews and medication reconciliations for patients via telehealth technologies. Provide patient education on medication adherence and maintain accurate medication profiles to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Requires a PharmD degree and a valid pharmacy license in the state of Georgia. A minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience or an accredited clinical residency is highly desired.

Curant Health is searching for a PRN Clinical Pharmacist to join its team in Smyrna, GA.
As the PRN Clinical Pharmacist, we will look to you to perform medication-related clinical services including but not limited to delivering Comprehensive Medication Reviews to our Care Management services to patients via outbound and inbound communications that optimize therapeutic outcomes for patients.
