• Work: Med/Surge Garden is a 24-bed medical/surgical unit with mixed acuity, specializing in the care of stroke and oncology patients and Med Surg I is a 24-bed acute care unit specializes in medical-surgical, orthopedic, surgical, and trauma care, serving primarily surgical and orthopedic patients.

• Surg units are typically 5:1, and nursing assistant ratios are 6-7:1. Our Med Surg units thrive on teamwork, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement.

• You’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
