Provide adult primary care focusing on value-based care within a physician-led, patient-centered team environment. Collaborate with peers to improve healthcare outcomes for the community and contribute to new practice initiatives.
Requires certification from AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA and current Florida licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must have a valid DEA license and at least one year of clinical experience, specifically with Medicare-aged populations.
Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Current Licensure through the Florida Board of Nurse Examiners OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Florida State Medical Board or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment 1+ year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency A working understanding and support of a managed care environment Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
