The Medical Assistant facilitates patient visits and procedures, including routine laboratory tests and referrals, to ensure quality outcomes. They are also responsible for managing patient flow, documenting care in EPIC, and participating in network quality initiatives.
Candidates must have a medical assisting certificate or a high school diploma with one year of recent physician practice experience. Medical Assistant certification is required within six months of hire.
