Responsible for providing and managing comprehensive oral health care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for a specified patient population. The role also involves supervising dental staff and maintaining accurate patient records while adhering to healthcare policies.
Requires a DDS or DMD degree along with current Utah Dental and DEA licenses. Preferred candidates have 3-5 years of experience in oral health care and experience working with Native American communities.

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) Current Utah Dental License and DEA License.
Experience in a General Practice Residency. DDS or DMD with three (3) to five (5) years of directly related experience in oral health care to patients.
CPR Certification.
Experience working with the Native American community.
