Physical Therapist - PT (Per Diem)

A Per Diem Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Charlton, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish.

· Short Term Rehab (27 private rooms with private bathrooms) – all rooms stocked with rolling walker, standard wheelchair with leg rests and cushions · Long Term Skilled Nursing (112 LTC private rooms with private bathrooms) with country kitchen dining · Independent Living (207 apartments and 14 cottages) · Stonebrook Enhanced Living (28 private rooms/rest home) · Fieldstone Memory Care Assisted Living (14 private rooms)

Free lunch daily. Also, The Overlook Fitness Center is available to staff as well as residents and the community. It is fully equipped with all types of equipment, saltwater pool and hot tub as well. There is a $10 monthly charge for the membership.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
