Assists the clinical team by providing non-clinical care, supervision, and encouragement with grooming for patients. Maintains a clean environment and engages patients in facility activities and health programs.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years old. Experience with memory care and mental health populations is needed, and CNA training is considered a plus.
What you will do in this role: Our Residential Services Aide (RSA) assists the clinical team in providing non-clinical care and services to our consumers/patients. RSA's provide supervision and encouragement with grooming care, maintaining a clean and orderly environment, and assist and engage patients to attend/participate in activities. The RSA may assist with facility health programs and participate in care plan conferences.
