The RN coordinates patient plans of care by assessing needs, formulating nursing diagnoses, and implementing effective care plans. They work collaboratively with healthcare teams and families to improve patient health outcomes and satisfaction.
Candidates must hold a current State license as a Registered Nurse and current CPR training. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and Ohio licensees must complete specific continuing education hours.
