Provide hospitalist services as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Carilion Rockbridge Community Hospital. Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare providers to transform patient care.
Requires graduation from an accredited NP or PA program and licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, or NRP required as appropriate to the position.
Must maintain all credentialing and licensing requirements of Carilion Clinic, the Virginia Board of Medicine or Nursing, and applicable certifying bodies. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Proficiency with electronic medical records and standard computer systems required.
