Provides direct and indirect care to patients, focusing on nutrition, hygiene, safety, and comfort. Works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to support patients and their families.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Florida CNA license. Nursing students who have completed Fundamentals of Nursing are also eligible.
High school diploma or G.E.D required. Florida CNA license required. Hospital PCT/CNA experience preferred. Nursing students: currently enrolled in a Nursing program (ASN or BSN) and have completed Fundamentals of Nursing (must submit unofficial transcript with application).
