• What we require you have… Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Periodontal Residency Certificate of Completion.
• Active and unrestricted dental license.
• Experience with treatment planning, case presentations, and patient education.
