The OTP Therapist provides counseling, educational, and referral services to patients and families through individual, group, and family sessions. They are responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to set treatment goals.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a specific addiction counseling or social work license such as CADAC, ICAC, LSW, or LCAC. Experience in chemical dependency, crisis intervention, and therapy is preferred.
The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Therapist is responsible for providing counseling, educational, and referral services to enrolled patients and their families as defined by OTP protocols. Counseling services include individual, group, and family counseling. he OTP Therapist completes individual psychosocial assessments and assigns treatment objectives and goals accordingly.
