Conducts psychosocial assessments and provides counseling to patients and families dealing with illness and grief. Coordinates multi-disciplinary treatment plans and connects patients with community resources and healthcare services.
Requires a Master's degree in a clinical mental health field and an independent license (LPC or LICSW) in West Virginia. Two years of experience is preferred.
