The Case Manager provides comprehensive support to clients in a homeless prevention program, including intake, service planning, and crisis intervention. They are responsible for facilitating counseling and workshops while documenting client progress toward permanent affordable housing.
A high school diploma and two years of experience working with homeless populations are required. A bachelor's degree in Human Services and experience in residential settings are preferred.
