Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance and obtain required FBI and ACT 33/34 clearances is necessary.

The direct care aide provides assistance to adults with disabilities helping them with daily activities like dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transport to doctor appointments.
Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours! Available Shifts are: Daytime 7 am to 3 pm OR 7 am to 11 pm
Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. Great for additional income or a second job.
