Position: Cardiology & ECG Technician Location: Alfond Center for Health Schedule: Per diem, primarily every other weekend; 7:00 am - 11:00 am Weekday shifts are available, but not required.

- What
- You'll Do: Performs ECGs on patients and ensures exams are turned in to the physician. Prepares patients for other cardiology procedures to include cardiology stress testing, holter monitoring, and event monitoring. Reviews patient's record and instructs patient before and during procedures. Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains exam areas. Ensures procedure charges are obtained and entered in the appropriate software with timeliness and accuracy.

- Bring: Prior experience with ECGs and cardiac monitor placement is preferred - we're willing to train the right candidate Basic knowledge of cardiac procedures and medical terminology is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Comfortable operating and troubleshooting medical equipment Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach when working with patients.
