The provider will evaluate and coordinate care for an average of 18-25 patients per day in an ENT practice. Responsibilities include making clinical recommendations and collaborating with a team to improve community health.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an unrestricted medical license in Illinois. Must also possess federal authority to prescribe medications and be eligible to work in the United States.
