Implement and monitor physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover physical mobility. Document patient progress, educate families on deficits, and assist with discharge planning and adaptive equipment selection.
Requires an Associate's degree from a program in the discipline and a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Kentucky. Must hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, provides physical therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain physical mobility/function. Reports to: Director of Physical Therapy/Supervising Physical Therapist
Education: Associate’s degree Required; Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required Licenses: Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of KY Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
