The Mohs Technologist is responsible for the accurate processing, embedding, sectioning, and staining of fresh skin tissue using a cryostat. They must produce high-quality microscope slides to support real-time surgical decision-making during Mohs micrographic surgery.
Candidates should possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree, with HT or HTL ASCP certification preferred. Previous experience in anatomic pathology is desired, along with a strict adherence to laboratory safety and regulatory standards.
