Job description

  • The Reg Rad Tech 2 arranges patients for radiological examinations and performs advanced radiological procedures.
  • Produces radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems.
  • Uses pre-established imaging protocols and departmental policy to perform safe operation of imaging equipment and all functions of the job.
  • Provides complete pre and post education to patients and family.
  • Able to evaluate competency level of others.
  • Reports to Supervisor or Manager.
