• This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments.

• We are currently recruiting for an LPN or RN to reliably serve patients in the following areas: Jasper County MO + surrounding counties including but not limited to Newton, Barton & Vernon Counties PPV [pay per visit] Routine 30-60min in home visits Flexible scheduling - We are looking for someone Part Time with opportunity to grow case load up to Full Time.
• Approx.
• 10 weekly visits Nurse to schedule visits accordingly within month.
• Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.

Qualifications
