Perform phlebotomy procedures and process, receive, and distribute laboratory specimens to support patient care. Execute specific test procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a phlebotomy course and state licensure preferred. Candidates must possess computer proficiency and the physical ability to handle medium work loads and exposure to biohazardous materials.
