Deliver comprehensive care to cardiac telemetry patients by assessing needs, planning interventions, and evaluating effectiveness. Maintain continuity of care and implement age-specific safety and infection control measures.
Requires a Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing with current RN licensure and at least one year of experience or completion of a residency program. BCLS and ACLS certifications are required, with BSN and telemetry experience preferred.
