The Residential Program Worker provides a range of direct support services to individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities in their homes and community, including personal care, domestic tasks, and assistance with appointments and vocational services. This role involves supervising individuals within the home and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.
Applicants should be highly motivated and dynamic individuals interested in entering the direct care field to serve people with disabilities, with no prior experience necessarily required. A Medication Certification is listed as a requirement for this position.

The RPW provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs, in their home and in their community. This includes but is not limited to personal care, domestic household services, personal appointments, medical appointments, vocational services, community activities, supervision within the home, and other tasks based upon their individual goals. Applicants with no experience and interested in entering the direct care field with a desire to serve people with disabilities are encouraged to apply for this position.
