The physician will dedicate 30 weeks to providing Main OR anesthesia services, including resident supervision, and 12 weeks to Critical Care Medicine coverage across four ICUs (SICU, MICU, RICU, CCU). Responsibilities also involve instructing fellows and residents in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
Candidates must be a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist with Critical Care Fellowship training and hold an active state license and DEA certification. Physicians currently completing their Critical Care Fellowship are encouraged to apply.

The annual anesthesia case volume is approximately 14,300 cases, consisting of ~9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology. OB services with 3,000 births annually Critical Care Medicine Team provides coverage for 4 ICUs (SICU, MICU, RICU, CCU) with a total of 40 ICU beds – Coverage is divided between ICU teams.
