The Residential Therapist provides addiction and mental health therapy services, including evaluations, individual, family/couples, and group therapy, while maintaining a caseload of no more than 8 clients. Responsibilities also involve comprehensive treatment planning, collaborating with external parties, and ensuring timely clinical documentation.
Candidates are preferred to have a Master's degree in a related field or an individual with PLADC or LADC certification, along with preferred licensure as an LMHP and/or LADC. Essential requirements include strong clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication for guiding groups, and the ability to manage documentation and risk effectively.
Description The Residential Therapist (RT) will provide residential alcohol/drug and addiction therapy services and/or mental health therapy such as, but not limited to; alcohol/drug evaluations, individual therapy, family/couples therapy, group therapy, and client and community presentations.
