This role involves administering occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, implementing individualized treatment plans considering patient needs, and monitoring treatment effectiveness. Responsibilities also include documenting according to standards, communicating patient information clearly, and supervising/delegating personnel like Therapy Technicians and COTA students.
Candidates must have graduated from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and possess a current state Occupational Therapy Assistant license, along with BLS certification. Employees working for Banner Home Care AZ must also have and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Certified Residential Medication Aide/Personal Support Specialist (CRMA/PSS)
