The Occupational Therapist will join a therapy team to provide patient care across a range of settings including Outpatient, Home Health, and Hospital Inpatient. Clinicians work in collaborative care teams, offering PT, OT, and SLP services using a multidisciplinary approach.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. They are required to possess, or be eligible for, Occupational Therapy licensing in the state of Minnesota.

We are a growing company looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Wheaton, MN. Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Wheaton Sanford Medical Center Position type: Part-time or Full-time, benefited, between 0.60–1.00 FTE based on the selected candidate’s preferences Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 24–40 hours per week based on the selected candidate’s preferences. Flexible scheduling options are available, including a traditional Monday–Friday schedule or the opportunity to work a condensed 3-day work week.
