The Medical Assistant will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing direct and indirect care to patients in the Fertility Center, which includes performing patient intake, administering medications, and assisting providers with various clinical procedures. Responsibilities also involve managing telephone messages, participating in performance improvement projects, and assisting in procedural areas with setup and sterilization tasks.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP or ABHES strongly preferred) and possess a high school diploma or GED. Required certifications include AAMA, AMT, NHA-CCMA, NCMA, or ARMA, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
