The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities to ensure quality patient care. They must develop and modify care plans in accordance with established standards.
The RN must demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to the age of patients served and adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act. They should be able to assess patient data and interpret information to meet age-specific needs.
