How you’ll make an impact in this role Designing Personal Recovery Paths

• You’ll conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, translating complex clinical data into a dynamic, evolving plan of care.
• Delivering

• Excellence: Using evidence-based techniques, you will provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient’s unique physiological and emotional needs.

• Families: Recovery doesn’t happen in a vacuum. You’ll partner closely with patients and their families, ensuring they are educated, involved, and confident in the plan of care.

• Team: You will serve as a clinical mentor, overseeing the activities of PTAs, students, and support staff to maintain our high standard of collaborative excellence.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure/Certification/Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
