The role involves performing high-precision mammography exams by expertly positioning patients and adjusting technical parameters to generate clear diagnostic images for early detection. Responsibilities also include educating patients on preventative breast health, delivering meticulous diagnostic records to the digital system, and upholding rigorous radiation safety and quality standards.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma equivalency with two years of cumulative experience, or an Associate's/Technical degree, or four years of applicable job-specific experience. Required certifications include BLS Provider within one month of hire, along with one or more credentials such as Cardiographic Tech, Radiologic Technologist (ARRT), or Medical Sonographer (ARDMS).

How you’ll make an impact in this role Perform high-precision mammography exams by expertly positioning patients and adjusting technical parameters to produce the clearest possible diagnostic images for early detection. Educate and support patients throughout the imaging process, providing clear insights into the role of regular screening to empower them in their preventative breast health journey. Deliver meticulous diagnostic records by ensuring all images, patient histories, and markers are accurately captured and uploaded to the digital system (PACS) for seamless physician review. Uphold rigorous radiation safety and quality standards to create a secure, compliant environment that protects both our patients and our clinical team.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
