The Occupational Therapist will conduct home visits to perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including physical and cognitive aspects, and develop individualized intervention plans. They will also educate patients and family members on rehabilitative care and accurately document all observations and interventions using a tablet.
Candidates must possess a current Delaware Occupational Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist, graduating from an accredited program. Prior home care experience is preferred, along with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Bayhealth by BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, OT, for a Full Time opportunity performing home health visits for our office located in Dover, DE. This office services adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Sussex County.
As a home care Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $73.00 - $76.00 per point ($113k - $118k annually)
