The Registered Nurse will perform home health visits to adult and geriatric patients to deliver medical care and follow designated care plans. Responsibilities include administering medication, performing wound care, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting observations and interventions.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Rhode Island and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.
