The technologist is responsible for utilizing radiographic techniques to successfully obtain diagnostic images. This role requires adherence to specific educational and certification standards.
A High School Diploma or GED and graduation from an Accredited Radiology Program are required for this position. Candidates must obtain ARRT and ARRT(CT) licensure within 13 months of hire and BLS certification within 90 days of hire, with no prior experience being required.
Overview Utilizes radiographic techniques to obtain diagnostic images.
